weight update

Its been forever since I updated my weight loss progress! I took like a month off from the trying to eat really good thing. I was stressed out so I wanted to eat fries and nuggets dang it! Plus we went to colorado and ate out a lot so anyway... I started back up again 2 weeks ago.. surprisingly in that months time I didn't gain so thats great. I lost 1lb last week and .6 of a lb this week bringing my total to 26.4lbs!!! My goal is to be 30lbs by the end of June. I wanna loose at least 50 total by my one year mark, October! I better start working out. Thats my issue, I HATE IT!!! Im hoping to get a jogger stroller soon so maybe that will motivate me and I can't use the excuse "i have noone to watch my kids so I can exercise" as lame of an exuse as that is, It mine!

After falling off the weight loss wagon for a few weeks I got back on and lost 3lbs this week!!! I finally got my first 20 off plus .4 of a lb!! every little big counts right??? Its been really hard to loose 20 and find myself getting dicouraged about loosing 30 more because thats sooo much but someone told me that you just think about 5lbs at a time.. no more then when you loose 5 you think about 5 more.. it seems to have helped this week!! I also don't really do weight watchers anymore.. I am just counting calories more now. I kinda do both..

A few more updates, Nick and I are moving out this weekend. Our house hasn't sold yet but it is WAY to stressful for me to keep it clean for people to look at when I have 2 dogs and 2 children. We are sad but relieved to not have to worry about that payment anymore.. Pray that it sells!! We are pricing it like 20,000 lower then the ones for sale here and they stay on the market for 4 months so maybe we will get lucky and sell within 1!!! FINGERS CROSSED!!!

weight update

Well last week I didn't post because I had gained like .6 of a lb and was totally depressed about that. I had also just found out that my hubby got laid off from his job for 2 weeks so on top of gaining I was totally freaking out. I am a stress eater and so I ATE alot of crap that day.. lucky I have an amazing father who stepped up to help us out. He hired Nick to do some random stuff around his house and he would pay him. Anyway, I vowed to be better cause the first 20lbs is coming of way to slow for my liking.. So this week I lost the .6 that I gained and so Im starting off fresh. I hate having to worry about EVERYTHING I eat.. its so dang lame!!! I just wanna sit on my couch and eat candy bars and ice cream and it not make a difference. So hopefully I will have a better week!
