he came and went

Christmas Eve is my favorite part of christmas! We always go to my dads side of the family! We usually only see this side 2 times a year so its always fun! We always get german weiners, which are heavenly, and my grandmas potato salad (which is the best on the planet)! The girls wear their german dresses that my Oma made and we have a fun time singing songs and chatting!

I love carrying on one of my family traditions (and many other families) of opening jammies on christmas eve! My girls match and have cute little slippers!

Christmas this year was extra exciting! Isabel was sooo excited for all things Christmas.. She would flip out over EVERYTHING! She loved ripping off her ring on her advent calander and counting down the days.. Bryn would say "ho ho ho" and "tanta" all day long! Despite a rough year financially, our girls got spoiled!
