Ok so I finally got an "after" picture of me less 20.4lbs.. Im still not there but I look better then I have!!! Just look at the header pic so you can see what I looked like before.. there is some change, mostly in my face but enough to make me happy! I have dropped 20.4lbs, 4 pant sizes, 1 shirt size and my "girls" have shrunk probably a half size.
