Economic hard times

Well I honeslty never thought the economy would have such an effect on my family. Nicks job has been pretty steady up until december but we saw signs of something bad happening. We got layed of for 2 weeks in January and got his hours dramatically cut. We thought it was going to start improving when my husband called monday and told me that he got his pay cut 10% as well as his hours cut almost in half.
So after much thought and prayer we have decided to sell our house, that we love, and move in with my dad. We are defonalty sad and love this place but we can no longer worry about if we are going to have a job in the next few months. So we are getting things ready to sell or rent. I am really sad yet sorta relieved that we won't have to worry about paying such a huge payment monthly and we will be in a more stable situtation until the economy picks up, if it does.
We are just thankful we still have SOME sort of job and that we have health insurance still. We are also thankful for our families who have helped us out so much.
If anyone knows of someone in the utah/salt lake counties that are looking to rent or buy we have a 3 bed 2 bath cute condo they can buy/rent!! Or if you know of anyone that needs cabinets, moldings, shelving, finsh work or any kind of home remodleing let me know.. My husband would LOVE to help!
Thanks

YOu have such an awesome attitude, that makes such a big difference for your family. Sorry you half to sell your house that you love, but like you say your family needs to come first not your things.. Hope it all works out!!

I am very sorry to hear that. I wish things would just pick up and be better. I hope and pray things will be and will get better for you. I do have a friend that is moving up here in about three months. She is looking to rent. Are you in the Lehi area?
