Well the holidays are catching up to me.. I didn't gain a ton but .4 of lb is disapointing.. I really should have expected that because I havn't worked out as much as I was hoping, I havn't been tracking my food and I have been eating out alot. I have tried to be good and have done ok but not good enough. So this week I have to loose 3 lbs so I can be back to where I was before the pies, treats and eating outs! So yes loosing weight sucks, its hard, its depressing and I just want to loose weight and not stress about it.. But what would be the fun of that anyway..

Don't worry about it ... I also gained .4! That's a burger - a sneeze - you can do it and so can I. My daughter, Julie, actually LOST 1.2 - who does that with Christmas??? Keep up the good work - "see" you next week.
